Bulletproof Coffee…It’s become a bit of a craze, have you heard of it?
And it’s 100% completely normal to think it sounds strange, because it definitely does. I have to admit I thought it was totally weird that first time I heard about it. You put WHAT in your coffee?? But this guys…is a serious game changer. For real.
To Make Bulletproof Coffee you brew organic coffee, pour into a blender when finished, then add one tablespoon of coconut oil (Make sure it’s the cold pressed organic kind like here), and one tablespoon of organic unsalted grass-fed butter (<<YES I said butter!), and blend baby blend.

My Morning Routine
I have always enjoyed waking up, having a cup of tea or coffee, and enjoying a big breakfast to start my day. Since incorporating the Bulletproof ways, my typical routine looks like this:
7:00am: Wake up and drink roughly 20 oz of water & Our Morning Detox Drink
7:30am- 10:00am: Work on school work/blogging
10:00am: Drink ONE cup of Bulletproof Coffee (trust me, one is enough)
10:30am: Have something small for breakfast like a piece of fruit or avocado toast
11:00am-5:00pm: Classes for the day (I get a small bite to eat in between around 3:00pm)
5:30pm: Workout—usually HIIT
I can say with 100% honesty that this coffee has made quite the impact on my mornings. Not only has the coffee helped me lose weight initially (roughly 3 lbs in the first week), but it has helped me continue to shed off all my unwanted belly fat. It also helps keep my blood sugar from dropping in between classes. Monday through Thursday I go to class from 11 am to roughly 5 pm. If I drink my cup of Bulletproof around 10 am, most days I won’t even start getting hungry again till later in the day like 2 or 3.
Who Should Be Drinking Bulletproof Coffee?
Of course anyone can! Though this coffee is ideal for those of you with busy schedules who don’t always find the time to make healthy meals that can last you all day. Also, the less cooking I have to do, the better! Making my coffee instead of breakfast saves me close to twenty minutes every morning, which is a perfect for me because my worst habit is I am ALWAYS late….always.

So far I’ve convince all of my roommates (who thought I was the weirdest person on the planet for drinking this) and both my parents to try a cup.
