Hey guys! Happy Tuesday! I hope everyone’s week is off to a great start. If you follow me on snapchat (kay_bush) you know I have been using the productivity time cube so my week has been awesome so far and incredibly efficient.
Over the past couple of months I have gotten a lot of requests to personally go over what people are eating every week and how they can make changes. You can’t improve you diet and eat healthy if you have no idea where to start or the bad habits you have developed. A lot of times you don’t even know the mistakes you are making or how to make adjustments to the food you love. Everyone is so different with the food they eat and activities they partake in.
My diet is pretty consistent now. It has come with a lot of trial & error, success & failure, as well as TONS of education. Whether it’s books, articles, podcasts, clinical studies, or documentaries, if it’s about improving your overall health and learning more about how the body operates I am all in! I throw out a lot of words like toxins, antioxidants, omega 3 fatty acids, the list goes on. But what exactly are all of these? What do you need and what do you need to get rid of? Better yet HOW do you improve your health and HOW do you get rid of your negative habits.
This is where I come in.
So here is what we’re going to do. I want to see what you guys are eating on a day to day basis, what you are drinking, when you are waking up and going to sleep, what exercises (or not) you are doing, and what supplements you may be taking. I also want to take a look at your go-to foods, “I’m feeling lazy” foods, identify what your cravings are, what your weaknesses are, what you find yourself binge eating, and what is that food you can NEVER say no to. Then I want to analyze all of those factors to see what makes up your diet and overall health. Let’s see how all of these factors may be making a negative impact on your health. More importantly I want to create alternatives to the foods you love! This is an opportunity to make a more positive and personal impact with all of you and jump start your health journey.
If you find yourself feeling groggy and sluggish during the day, needing coffee to accomplish anything, someone who struggles waking up early or going to sleep, trying to lose fat and finding the energy to work out, frustrated because you think you are being healthy but nothing is changing, or simply want to make some moves in the right direction but have no idea where to start I want to help you!

- I will email you instructions on how to journal your health & diet for a full week
- After you document a full week I will review everything! And I mean EVERYTHING
- I am going to create replacements and adaptions to what you are currently eating, see what vitamins and nutrients you’re severely lacking, educate you on the improvements and WHY those improvements are necessary, and recommend simple exercises.
This will all be made simple. Nothing crazy complex, no radical diets or cleanses, just adaptions to what you are already doing. This will jump start your health journey and provide education on foods to include and foods to avoid at all costs.
I want this to be a 100% honest look at your diet, so no changing anything during the week. Just go about your normal routine.
The first week I am only going to take 5 people, first come first serve. I want to make sure I am giving enough attention and time to each of you. At the end of this I’m going to blog a couple of the health journals. I won’t use your name (unless you want me to!) but I will highlight what you eat every single day and then the outcomes, adaptions, and improvements that we make together.
I know a lot of us are making health mistakes without even knowing it. My goal is to bring all of those mistakes top of mind and really dissect exactly what is silently destroying your body.
