Hello hello! I am SUPER excited to announce my friend Christina (@Addicted To Lovely) and I have written Gratitude: A Healthy Holiday Guide For A Paleo Thanksgiving.  It’s your personal guide to a stress-free, mindful, and delicious holiday season.   The idea actually came about when Christina visited back in August. We had so much fun talking about our goals, dreams, and new projects we were thinking about. Then, it was almost simultaneously the idea came to us! So many people struggle around the holidays with eating, stress, and overall mindfulness. There are tons of cookbooks for Thanksgiving recipes but what if we made a guide that made everyone’s lives easier, and included more than just recipes?

We created a guide filled with everything you could ever want in a holiday handbook. Get ready for an extra festive, simple, stress-free and super yummy Thanksgiving! If you are excited about the Holidays then you will LOVE this! On the other hand, if you’re thinking, “NOT ME! I hate the holidays, they stress me out!” then…guess what? You’re DEFINITELY in the right place. We know that the holidays can be stressful, overwhelming, and sometimes a flat-out nightmare. All of the planning, cooking, chores, family drama, and food-induced comas can sometimes suck the fun out of what should truly be a day to relax, enjoy, and be thankful.

The key to a stress-free holiday season is to start it off right with an incredible Thanksgiving, and we’ve provided all the tools you’ll need to do just that. We created healthy versions of all classics, included new recipes, and also provided a guide to stress less and take control over the holidays. We want to help you lower the stress and make the holidays a time of gratitude and joy. Not just saying that but DOING it.

We had so many recipe ideas but our goal was to make this ebook simple and delicious for you guys! We included over original 20 appetizer, beverage, dessert, mains, and side recipes. The best part is, they are your favorite Thanksgiving classics but with a healthy paleo spin!

Q: You mention the Thanksgiving Ebook is Paleo. What is Paleo?

A: Paleo is a diet consisting of meat, fish, vegetables, and fruit. It excludes dairy, grain products, refined sugar and processed food. Therefore all of the recipes in the ebook are gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, and refined sugar free!

Q: Are any recipes vegan? 

A: Yes!  Many are vegan, and all desserts are paleo, vegan, and refined-sugar-free.

Q: Are the recipes complicated? Do I need lots of cooking experience? 

A: No! We’re keeping it VERY simple when it comes to cooking. These dishes require minimal ingredients and minimal effort. Whether this is your first time cooking for Thanksgiving or your 20th we got you covered with easy recipes anyone can make!

Q: Thanksgiving always makes me so tired and bloated! Will these recipes make me feel that way too?

A: In this guide we used wholesome ingredients won’t leave you feeling heavy, tired, or drowning in a sugar coma after. Simple, healthy recipes, delicious flavors, and lots of options – that’s how we like to do Thanksgiving.

Q: The Holiday Season stresses me out, can this help?

A:  Yes! We are right there with you and EXACTLY why we created this! We have an entire section of the book dedicated to managing family, digestion, mindset, exercise, and eating habits. All things that can increase our stress levels during the holidays.

A: Yes! Many of our recipes can be whipped up in less than 30 minutes with minimal ingredients. That way you can bring a appetizer or dessert to your work party without breaking the bank or losing sleep!

A: A Cookbook and MORE. We’ve included over 20 recipes for appetizers, drinks, mains, sides, and desserts. We kept the recipes simple and low in ingredients.

Q: What type of recipes can be expected?
