What foods are best to clear acne?

You want to stick to foods that are higher in good fats and lower in sugar such as salmon, avocado, coconut oil, avocado oil, almonds. Veggies are also amazing for reducing acne and balancing hormones. Eating more veggies than fruit will be most beneficial! Avoid foods or limit foods that will irritate or inflame your skin such as soy, processed meats, sugars, processed foods, white bread, processed breakfast cereals, white rice, pretzels, potato chips, cookies and cakes, etc. Hope this helps!!

Ok KC... What's the deal with ghee butter? I know you use it quite a bit in your recipes. What are the benefits of using it over something else like olive oil?

YES!! I LOVE ghee butter!! Here are a few reasons why I love to use is over olive oil when it comes to cooking. (I still love olive oil I just don't using it when I am heating up anything). Ghee Butter aka Clarified Butter contains more medium chain fatty acids (the good fat!!) and short chain fatty acids (detoxifies, improves colon health, support insulin levels and an anti-inflammatory) , it does not contain lactose and casein, increases the absorption of Vitamin A and D, contains Vitamin K (builds bones better than calcium), supports weight-loss by helping to burn fat, improves digestion, and has a high smoke point than olive oil. The smoke point refers to the temperature at which a cooking oil begins to break down. The substance smokes or burns, and gives food an unpleasant taste. When you go over an oil's smoke point it becomes rancid and an inflammatory oil rather than anti-inflammatory. Essentially it becomes less healthy for you.

Thank you so much! I actually don't use an app, but for my at home workouts I use the Kayla Itsiness BBG Guides. You can find them HERE. They are amazing and I have been using them for years now. Other than that I just try to get outside or if the weather is poor walk on a treadmile or stairmaster.

BALLLLLLER WEBSITE UPGRADE!!!!! I love how many pictures their are. I hate opening up blogs and being overwhelmed with a shit ton of titles and articles.
